Due to the nature of handmade and small-batch items, all sales are final.
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and I will be happy to help resolve it.

Please note:

Minor variations in color or finish are normal for handmade items.

I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by the postal service once the order has shipped

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are the responsibility of the buyer.
